Plant Design & Construction
Florida Beach Community, U.S.A. (Seawater Reverse
Osmosis Plant)
Detailed technical expertise was provided, along
with engineering design and supply for the core process
at this desalination plant. The four million gallon-per-day
(4 MGD) plant processes seawater of more than 35,000
parts per million (PPM) into high quality potable water.
Colorado Springs Power Station, Colorado (De-ionization
Plant)
The project’s scope included the design,
manufacturing and supply of activated carbon filters,
duplex water softeners, mixed bed de-ionization and
neutralization systems, to site pre-assembled. The combined
systems, servicing the entire power station was capable
of producing a water quality of 18 Megohm continuously.
Welsh Water, U.K. (Water & Wastewater Treatment
Plants)
The Group designed and executed
municipal water & wastewater treatment plants at
various locations, serving communities throughout Welsh
water areas of operations. The plants included state-of-the-art
preliminary, primary, secondary and tertiary treatment
technologies.
Operation and Management
Hurghada, Egypt (Seawater Reverse Osmosis
Plant)
The Group operated the Seawater Reverse Osmosis
Plant processing millions of gallons per day of red
seawater for the Governorate. Under the severe environmental
conditions of the region, the plant was successfully
maintained for more than two years concluding the contract
period with complete client satisfaction and receiving
further extensions.
Retrofit and Maintenance
Mount Lebanon , Lebanon (Wastewater Treatment
Plant)
This Sewage Treatment Plant was completely renovated
and upgraded. Area expansion had outgrown the original
capacity of the plant, which was originally constructed
in 1969. Operating within the confines of the existing
structures, The Group thoroughly revamped
the facility with new technology and new configurations,
and increased its capacity by more than 30 %.
